All Permit Holders

Records required to be kept by all permit holders, regardless of which Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC) scheduled chemicals are handled by the facilities, include -

1. the name, precise location (including address) of the facility and ownership (i.e. name of the owner, company, or enterprise) operating it;
   
   
2. the number of plants comprising, or comprising part of, the facility;
   
   
3. for each of the plant stated in (b) above, -
   
   
   1. the name;
   2. precise location (including specific building or structure number);
   3. the main activities i.e. production, processing, consumption, storage, re-packaging, distribution, or research and development etc; and
   4. the ownership operating it;
      
      
4. the map showing the detailed location of the facility;
   
   
5. the technical descriptions (including inventories of equipment) and detailed diagrams showing the floor plan, equipment and work flow carried out at the facility and the plants stated in (b) above; and
   
   
6. the technical descriptions, including inventories of equipment and detailed diagrams, of any changes at the facility and the plants stated in (b) above.
