Annual Report on Schedule 3 Chemicals
An operator who has been granted a permit to produce Schedule 3 chemicals (pdf format) at the facility ("permit holder"), is required to submit the following annual reports to the Director-General of Trade and Industry ("the Director") -

Past activities at each plant of a facility during the previous year (Form S3-1)
This report should be submitted by a permit holder with one or more of the plants in his facility that produced a Schedule 3 chemical in excess of 30 tonnes in the previous year. Separate Form S3-1 should be used in respect of each Schedule 3 plant of the facility. This report should provide information on production in each plant. It should be submitted to the Director not later than 15 January immediately after the end of that previous year in which the activity took place.

Anticipated activities at each plant of a facility for the coming year (Form S3-2)
This report should be submitted by a permit holder who anticipates that one or more of the plants in his facility will produce a Schedule 3 chemical in excess of 30 tonnes in the next year. Separate Form S3-2 should be used in respect of each Schedule 3 plant of the facility. This report should be submitted to the Director not later than 31 July immediately before the beginning of the next year. |
