Annual Reports on Schedule 2 Chemicals -

  1. Past Activities at Each Plant of a Facility during the Previous Year (Form S2-1) 

  2. Purposes for Production, Processing and Consumption of Each Chemical during the Previous Year (Form S2-2) 

  3. Anticipated Activities at Each Plant of a Facility for the Coming Year (Form S2-3) 

  4. Purposes for Production, Processing and Consumption of Each Chemical for the Coming Year (Form S2-4) 

Note :

Forms S2-1 and S2-2 must be submitted together.
Forms S2-3 and S2-4 must be submitted together.
