Schedule 3 Facilities

Records required to be kept by permit holders which produced Schedule 3 chemicals (pdf format) during the particular year include -

  1. the number of plant and the name of each plant within the facilities that produced Schedule 3 chemicals, or anticipated to produce Schedule 3 chemicals, during the particular year;

  2. the name of the major products manufactured during the particular year, or anticipated to be manufactured in the year following the particular year, in each plant in (a) above;

  3. the identity of the each Schedule 3 chemical produced during the particular year, or anticipated to be produced in the year following the particular year, at the facility, including its International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry (IUPAC) chemical name, its structural formula, its Chemical Abstracts Service (CAS) registry number (if assigned), and its common on trade name (if any); and

  4. the quantity and purpose(s) for each Schedule 3 chemical produced during the particular year, or anticipated to be produced in the year following the particular year, at the facility.
