Information to be provided in the Notification

The following information on activities of the facilities during that particular year should be provided in the notification (Form UDOC):

• information about the facility including particulars such as the name of the facility, the owner, company or enterprises operating it, its business registration number and its address, etc.;

• information about its main activities;

• the number of plants at the facility producing UDOCs and/or PSF-chemicals;

• name of each UDOC and the quantity produced during the previous year.
