Annual Report on Past and Anticipated Activities

A permit holder is required to report to the Director-General of Trade and Industry ("the Director") annually, on or before a specified date, of activities carried out at the facility in the previous year and anticipated to be carried out at the facility in the following year. The reporting requirements for a permit holder will depend on which Schedule(s) the chemicals fall under, the activities carried out/to be carried out, and the quantity of the chemicals involved.

The following are reports to be submitted regarding Schedules 1, 2 and 3 chemicals.

The report could be sent to the Department in person, by post or by electronic means. For report to be sent by electronic means, the permit holder should have organisational "e-Cert" issued by approved Certification Authority. Please call 2398 5625 for details.
